Tangier, the jewel of northern Morocco, is a booming seaside and tourist destination. Located at the crossroads of Europe and Africa, just 14 km from Spain, the city captivates with its beaches, its historic medina, and its economic dynamism.
It is in this exceptional setting that MIFTAH Concierge was born 3 years ago, with a single apartment in the city center. What started as a personal project quickly became a structured company, driven by a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
Today, we manage over 80 beautiful properties in the most strategic and touristic areas of the city: upscale apartments, villas with pools, and even our first large-scale property, the Dar Laziza guest house.
Every property we manage offers hotel-quality service with many included amenities: cooking, transport, professional housekeeping, and personalized welcome for every guest.

My journey
3 days of renting during Lyon's Festival of Lights were enough to cover my entire month's student rent. That day, I understood the potential of short-term rentals.
Lyon: the spark
As a student at IAE Lyon, I rented out my apartment during the Festival of Lights. Result: 3 days covered my whole month's rent. A revelation.
Madrid: the training
Master's in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at EAE Business School. Building my own company became an obvious next step.
Tangier: the birth of MIFTAH
Back to my roots. One first apartment at 33 Rue de Fes, right in the city centre. Then 2, then 10, then 80. Today, MIFTAH is one of the largest concierge services in Tangier.
