Send us your property
Send us the location and photos of your property via WhatsApp. We don't cover all areas of Tangier, and the condition as well as the decor of the property are taken into consideration.
First conversation
We arrange an initial call or meeting with you to discuss the project, your expectations, and how we operate.
Launch report
Our maintenance manager, housekeeping manager, and our general manager visit the property to assess it: anticipated maintenance, necessary purchases, and possible optimizations for short-term rental.
MIFTAH standards compliance
The launch report is sent. You can make the adjustments yourself or entrust us with bringing the property up to standard. This is an essential step to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Contract signing
Once the property is ready, we sign and legalize the management contract. Standard 1-year contract, with the option of a shorter trial period. Termination notice: 1 month.
Service launch

Yes, of course! Simply contact our team to check available dates. You can come whenever you wish. Only cleaning fees will be charged. However, during the management period, all clients must go through MIFTAH: you cannot rent out the property independently.
No. We transfer your rental income, deducted only of our management fees (24% all taxes included) and expenses incurred. However, we can assist you and explain exactly how to handle your tax obligations.
The most important measure we take is the systematic completion of police registration forms for every booking, even late at night. These forms are submitted to the local authorities (tourist brigade of the Tangier central police station). This protects us and protects you. In case of property damage, platforms like Airbnb have dedicated insurance for hosts.
These charges are the owner's responsibility. However, we prefer to pay them ourselves to avoid any oversight or disconnection. The amounts are then deducted from your income and detailed in your monthly financial report.
Our management fees are 24% all taxes included on rental income, plus cleaning fees. These cleaning fees are charged directly to tenants and are not billed to you. No hidden fees, everything is transparent in your monthly report.
Detailed financial reports are sent by the end of the first week of the following month. Transfers are made between the second and last week of the following month. We alternate the order of owners from month to month, but if you need to receive your transfer among the first in a given month, simply ask our team.
Our standard contract is 1 year, but we remain flexible: we can agree on shorter trial periods without any issue. The termination notice is 1 month.
